The following is provided to assist with public participation:
AGENDA AVAILABILITY: The Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission Agenda and Agenda Packets are available for review in the Public Works Department, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, and on the City’s website, www.toaks.org/traffic. Any public documents provided to a majority of the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Public Works Department, at the address above, during normal business hours. Live and Archived videos, Agendas and Summary Notes are available on the City’s website at www.toaks.org/traffic. The meeting replays every Thursday at 3:00 p.m. (Frontier Channel 3, Spectrum Channel 10).
PUBLIC INPUT: Any person who wishes to speak REMOTELY regarding an item on the agenda or on a subject within the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission’s jurisdiction during the Public Comments portion of the agenda, or on any specific item must register to speak at: www.toaks.org/traffic. Be advised that those participating in the meeting via Zoom do so at their own risk. The Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission meeting will not be suspended or cancelled if any technical issues occur during the meeting.
Persons addressing the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission (in-person or remotely) are requested to state their name and community of residence for the record. Any supporting materials should be submitted to the Recording Secretary before addressing the Traffic and Transportation Advisory Commission. These materials are also considered a public record pursuant to the California Public Records Act and Brown Act unless exempt from disclosure under the applicable law.
